In order to undertake an application for curtilage matters we will need some details about you and the property where the unit is to be sited. If you wish to site a mobile unit (whether that be a caravan, log cabin, shepherds hut or any other similar unit), then we offer a set price package for dealing with such an application. For all other enquiries relating to new dwellings, extensions etc, please contact our main site www.bondstones.co.uk for a price as this will involve more complex architectural work and cannot be done on a fixed price in the same way.
For the fixed price package, please complete the questionnaire below and one of our team of advisers will get in touch. While we appreciate that there are a lot of questions to answer we have kept as many of them as optional - however it will be a great help to receive as much information as possible so that we can help you quickly!
In order to assess your case and whether we believe you would be able to legally site a unit in your curtilage we will require as a minimum:
- A site address including postcode, - A map (google maps will suffice) indicating where you would like to site the unit, - and preferably on the same map a line showing the extent of the property owned.
With these 3 things we can usually identify whether you are likely to be able to site a unit and bypassing the need for planning permission.
If you fill out the contact form below, we will set up a file for you and one of the team will be in contact to take a look at your case. This is completely free and If once we have assessed your site we believe we can obtain you a legal certificate to say you can site the unit from the Council then we can submit an application on your behalf if you wish. This will be done for a fixed price of £675 + VAT and will include producing technical plans of your site, producing a supporting statement arguing your case, producing the paperwork for submission and submitting to the council, managing the application through the length of its determination and liaising with the Council directly when required. Our price does not include the planning application fee which your council will require to process the application and you will be required to pay this independently and direct to them.
